Kara Golux is a licensed massage therapist and shiatsu practitioner. Earning her N.Y. State license in Massage Therapy in 1994, Kara maintained a private practice in downtown Manhattan until she and her husband, Stephan, relocated to Vermont in 2003.
After several years of enjoying the New England winters, and maintaining a massage practice in Bristol, Vermont, in the summer of 2009, Kara and Stephan happily relocated to Fairbanks, Alaska, where Stephan is now the directing professor in the Theatre Department at University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
